Simple is sometimes the best. This recipe for Bread Pudding reminds me of my childhood, when my mum would use up any bread which had gone stale, or the last of the milk. It's full of flavour, moist, good for any meal of the day, and I reckon it's good for you too, full of calcium from the milk and dried fruit.
